The 2 bedroom apartment (5 people) consists of 2 rooms (2 beds each), a living room (with a bed), kitchenette and a bathroom (with shower). The apartment is equipped with bath and bed linen and satellite TV.
No acto da reserva deve ser efectuado um depósito de 30% do valor da estadia, que poderá ser devolvido com aviso prévio de 30 dias. O restante pagamento é efectuado no acto da ocupação. O acto de check-in decorre a partir das 15h. O check-out é efectuado até às 10h. Quando a hora de saída é ultrapassada sem aviso prévio, é debitado o valor de mais 1 noite na conta do cliente. É proibido ultrapassar a capacidade máxima dos apartamentos; o n.º de pessoas a ocupar cada apartamento deve ser informado aquando da reserva e/ou check-in. No caso do número de pessoas exceder o contratado, a gerência do empreendimento reserva-se o direito de exigir o respectivo suplemento, ou impedir a ocupação do apartamento. Os Apartamentos Sandy Mar e espaços envolventes (jardim, piscina, etc.), são para a exclusiva utilização das pessoas alojadas. Não são permitidos animais. No final da estadia, os apartamentos devem ficar em condições razoáveis de limpeza e arrumação, nomeadamente, sem lixo e com a loiça lavada e arrumada. Sempre que se verifique algum estrago ou problema no apartamento que decorra da má utilização, falta de cuidado ou negligência do hóspede durante a sua estadia, o cliente é considerado responsável e ser-lhe-á cobrado o valor correspondente ao(s) estrago(s). Os distúrbios e/ou barulho susceptíveis de incomodar os outros hóspedes não serão permitidos. Não é permitido fumar dentro dos apartamentos. A utilização da piscina é sempre feita sob inteira responsabilidade do cliente. As crianças deverão ser sempre supervisionadas por um adulto, para evitar acidentes.
